This Privacy Policy explains how TextBlast.pro provides tools that help businesses manage WhatsApp communications with customers who have explicitly opted in, and how WhatsApp-related data is used and protected. TextBlast.pro provides integration functionality through Twilio’s services.

What we do
We provide a platform that helps businesses organize conversations, send approved messages, and view delivery status.
Integration model
TextBlast.pro integrates with WhatsApp messaging capabilities via Twilio. TextBlast.pro does not operate the WhatsApp network.
Opt-in requirement
Clients may message only customers who have explicitly opted in to receive WhatsApp messages from that business.

Client Requirements

TextBlast.pro provides software tools that help a business manage WhatsApp messaging through Twilio’s WhatsApp-capable services. TextBlast.pro is not WhatsApp, does not operate the WhatsApp network, and does not provide WhatsApp accounts. Each client is responsible for configuring and maintaining their own Twilio account, WhatsApp sender, and any required approvals.
Opt-in only
Clients may message only recipients who have explicitly opted in to receive WhatsApp messages from that client. Purchased lists, scraped data, or unsolicited messaging are prohibited.
Client owns recipients + content
Clients control their recipient lists, message content, and conversation handling. TextBlast.pro does not “own” client recipients and does not initiate messaging outside of client actions/configuration.
Templates / approvals (when required)
Where WhatsApp policies require message templates or approvals, clients must use approved templates and comply with applicable WhatsApp and Twilio rules.
Opt-out + customer controls
Clients must honor opt-out requests promptly and provide a clear way for recipients to stop messages. Clients are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
No affiliation claims
Clients may not represent TextBlast.pro as “official” or “endorsed” by WhatsApp/Meta or Twilio unless they independently have written authorization to do so.
Service dependency
WhatsApp messaging delivery, availability, and certain requirements depend on Twilio and WhatsApp systems, policies, and approvals. TextBlast.pro cannot guarantee approval outcomes or network uptime.

How TextBlast.pro Uses Data

TextBlast.pro uses WhatsApp-related data only to provide the service requested by clients—such as displaying conversations, contact details, templates, and message delivery status inside a client’s account.

TextBlast.pro does not sell platform data, does not use platform data for advertising or profiling, and does not initiate WhatsApp conversations on behalf of clients except as directed by the client through the platform.

Message transport and delivery events may be processed by Twilio (and by WhatsApp/Meta systems) as part of providing the WhatsApp messaging capability.


Data Retention

TextBlast.pro retains WhatsApp-related data only for as long as necessary to provide the service requested by clients, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Clients may delete conversations and contacts through the platform where available. Upon account termination, WhatsApp-related data is deleted or anonymized according to our retention policies and legal requirements.
